Cancellation Policy
as our Adara family is growing we wanted to be clear about our cancellation policy. Out of consideration to our stylists and estheticians we require 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling services.
If you do not call into the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment by the 24 hour timeframe you may be subject to paying 1/2 of your service total due to the loss of time and wages for our service providers.
Paperwork Policy
In the hair and beauty industry, we use chemicals and other substances to achieve the look our clients desire. To ensure the safety of our clients and stylist, we ask every person booking with us to fill out a form regarding chemical use in our salon. Prior to your appointment, we ask that these forms be filled out to help us provide a pleasant experience for you.
Child Policy
We want to acknowledge that we know childcare can be a challenge; however children may not accompany you to your appointment. We are grateful for your understanding as you respect our policy at Adara Salon for the comfort and enjoyment of all during their services.
